These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grant 360 software suite, including all related applications, modules, websites, and services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Grant 360" refers to the integrated suite of applications developed and operated by Innotrope SAS.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Services.
"Account" means the profile created to access the Services.
"Content" refers to any data, files, notes, documents, or materials uploaded, generated, or transmitted through the Services.
"Apps" refer to the individual modules within the Grant 360 suite.
Most Grant 360 applications require a user account. However, Grant Radar may be used without an account for basic search features. Creating an account is required only for saving searches and receiving email notifications. Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
Users agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to interfere with their operation, reverse-engineering components, or violating intellectual property rights. Users retain ownership of their Content but grant Grant 360 a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Services. Users must ensure that any Content shared publicly through Grant Vault does not violate confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
Grant 360 integrates AI features, including self-hosted Mistral models. These features operate only with explicit user consent and process data securely and within the EU. AI outputs are suggestions only and do not constitute legal, financial, or scientific advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Grant 360 cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by user actions, or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the Services falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Évry, France.
