FAQ

What is Grant Mind?
Grant Mind is the notetaker that comes with all Grant 360 apps.
What’s the added value of using Grant Mind?
Its perfect integration with Grant 360 means you can link a note to any object in Grant 360. We have also made sure to provide powerful editing features, useful views, collaborative capabilities and exports.
Does it support consortium collaboration?
Yes — contribution, comments, or reviewer mode, and read-only seats, defined at the note or folder level.
Can I work offline?
Yes — there’s an offline mode. Your changes sync when you reconnect, or on demand.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Your data is hosted in the EU and encrypted at rest and in transit. We’re GDPR-aligned and built with European technology for strong data sovereignty.
Is there a web clipper?
Yes. Capture pages or excerpts with source metadata. Collected data follows GDPR best practices and can be reviewed before saving.
What about audio notes, transcription, and summaries?
Audio can be captured, transcribed, and summarised. Content is processed under our GDPR-first policy and not used to train external models. You control retention of the original audio.
Do you keep a version history?
Yes. Full versioning with diffs and restore. An audit trail records who changed what and when.
Do you provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) features?
Yes — proofreading and content suggestions. We use Mistral AI (France-based). In local mode, models run on your machine, and no proposal content is sent to external servers.
Can I use it for free?
Grant Mind is provided with any paid subscription to any Grant 360 paid app.
Do I own the intellectual property of my notes?
Yes — you own your notes. We don’t access your content, and it remains encrypted.
Am I locked in? Can I export my notes?
No lock-in — export to DOCX, PDF, LaTeX, or Markdown and continue in your preferred tools.
